Here's Luke cashed out with his blankie and monkey. The kids both have a little blankie and monkey that they sleep with, and lately the two items have become one around here, as in, "Go get your blankie-monkey," or "I want my blankie-monkey."
We waited and waited and waited for the sun to come out so we could go to the waterpark at the ranch, but it never came out. However Luke did not care about the sun, and just wanted to go to the waterpark. So, that's what we did. We knew it wouldn't last long, because it was so cold, and we hoped then Luke would stop bugging us about it (he did!).
The kids played in the water, but didn't really go more than about thigh deep. Brrrr!
